i find that there is one small hard globule in my tubes of the testis , i don no why is it a disorder or a blood clot or smt else i don remember any hit on there , but i had a pain in right lower abdomen long before , now that globule when touched is not paining but i feel odd. pls help

i beat out 2 times a day its normal too.
