Just because you had your tubes tied, does NOT mean that you are immune from becoming pregnant.

There is something called ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy is a complication of pregnancy in which the fertilized ovum is implanted in any tissue other than the uterine wall. Most ectopic pregnancies occur in the Fallopian tube (so-called tubal pregnancies), but implantation can also occur in the cervix, ovaries, and abdomen.

That means that even though your tubes are tied this pregnancy complication is possible.

Generally you would begin to feel sharp pains in your abdomen, or lower areas.

Now, breasts being sore and the tiredness MAY be a side effect after you stopped taking the shots.

To be completely sure, i would suggest seeing a doctor and having an ultrasound done if you TRULY believe you are pregnant.
