I was sitting in biology this evening and something that my teacher said that wouldn't have normally grossed me made me sick to my stomach. I started squirming for a few minutes, and then my vision started to disappear. My eyes were wide open but I couldn't see anything for at least two minutes. During this time, my body started to go numb and I felt like I was going to fall out of my chair. I couldn't process anything my professor was saying, and I was sweating so much that my face was completely drenched in sweat. It took me a few minutes to get up the energy to start gathering my stuff up and walk out of class. I'm not sure if there's a connection, but earlier today, I donated blood. I've donated blood many times before and this has never happened. I also drank two full bottles of water and ate plenty of the snacks before and after giving blood. However, before my blood was drawn, I had drank some water, which lowers my temperature. My temp is usually about 97 degrees, but even after drinking the water, it was 99. something. Any ideas of what this may have been?
