Im in 9th grade and i have few small black pubes above my penis, no armpit hair, and im 5 feet tall and weigh 80lbs.  When I cum only clear stuff comes out, but I have leg hair, very little thigh hairs, and Im starting to grow sideburns.  Am I hitting puberty?
