This exercise is great for your biceps. To perform this exercise you will need a barbell.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Your back is straight and your head is up. Place a barbell in your hands and grab it as wide as you can.
Curl the bar up until your forearms touch your biceps. Your upper arms and your elbows should not move throughout the exercise but should be placed at your sides. It is important not to swing the barbell.
Exhale as you curl the bar up
