This exercise is great for your glutes. You will not need any equipment and you can simply perform this exercise at home.
Lie on your back with your knees forming 60 degree angle and with feet shoulder width apart.
Lift your hips off the floor. It is important to keep your back straight and to keep your glutes tight. Pause in that position for a second and return to starting position.
Inhale when returning to starting position. Exhale before raising your hips.
