This is an advanced stretch that will help you open up the carpel ligament and relieve pressure on the medium nerve and flexor tendons.

Sit or stand in relaxed position. Extend your arm with palm up. Grab the palm with your other hand, pull back and stay in this position for at least 10 seconds.

Release the grip and repeat at least 2 or 3 times.

This stretch is recommendable for people that have a job in connection with writing or typing.
