This exercise is good for shoulders and deltoids. To perform it you will only need an elastic band.
Put the elastic band underneath one foot and hold the end of an elastic band in one hand in front of you. Keep you back straight.
Raise your upper arm to be parallel with your body. Throughout the exercise elbow is bent and forms 90 degree angle. After repeating this movement several times, switch hands.
