This exercise is great for your lats and your triceps. To perform it you will need a stable chair without wheels.

Place your hips in front of the chair. Your hands are on the chair handles and your legs are straight. Your weight is on your arms and your heels.

As you lower your body down you will feel the tension in your triceps and your lats and you will bend your elbows so they will form 90 degree angle. Return to starting position and repeat motion.
