Get on your hands and knees to do a back stretch.

It is really important when performing this exercise in pregnancy not to dip down your back during the stretch as you would normally do in yoga.

Breathe in and push your back up.

Exhale and release your back, but remember not to dip down your back.

This exercise is also beneficial for positioning baby.
