This pose is called downward facing dog and is an excellent pose for women who are in their third trimester.
Step close to the wall and place your hands to the wall and approximately 5 inches bellow shoulder height.
Press your hands into the wall and start stepping your feet back from the wall.
Draw your head and chest throughout your arms. Make sure your feet are parallel and one foot apart.
Tilt the tailbone upwards the ceiling and breathe relaxed.
Stay
