This exercise is great for your shoulders and your rear delts. To perform this exercise you will need two dumbbells.
Hold two dumbbells and sit at the end of a flat bench with your feet firmly on the floor and fairly close together. Bend forward until your chest nearly touches your thighs. Dumbbells are between your lower legs and bench.
Raise dumbbells in a semicircular motion until your arms are parallel to the floor and even with your ears. Return slowly to starting position. <
