This is a great exercise for your shoulders and your triceps. To perform it you will need one dumbbell.
Stand relaxed and upright with your feet shoulder width apart. Place dumbbell in your hand, positioned near the shoulder with your elbow below your wrist.
Press the dumbbell upwards until your arm is extended overhead. Slowly lower to starting position and repeat motion.
Inhale when pressing up. Exhale when returning to starting position.
