This exercise is great for developing stronger triceps. To perform it you will need a barbell and a flat bench.
Lie on your back on a flat bench with head close to the end of the bench. Hold barbell about 8 inches apart. In starting position keep both arms parallel with the floor.
During the exercise upper arms are placed close to head. Upper arms and elbows should not move. Slowly lower the bar until lower arms are vertical to the floor. Slowly return to starting
