This exercise is great for developing stronger triceps. To perform it you will need a flat bench and a dumbbell.
If you are going to start performing this exercise with right arm, stand to the right side of a flat bench.
Back is as straight as possible.
Bend left knee on the bench and place left hand ahead of you on the bench. Place a dumbbell in right hand and let it hang next to the body. Bend arm and raise elbow up to the shoulder height.
