This exercise is great for developing stronger triceps. To perform it you will need one dumbbell and a flat bench. Be careful not to drop a dumbbell.

Lie on back so that the top of head is even with the end of the bench. Put feet on the floor. Grab dumbbell with right hand and hold it above chest area at arms length. Keep upper arms in a straight line with body.
