This exercise is great for entire upper body, chest, deltoids, triceps, shoulders, arms and back. To perform it you will need an elastic band and a chair.

Wrap elastic band around chair and sit on it with your back straight. Hold elastic band with hands at your sides and chest high.

Pull the elastic band so your arms extend and are parallel with the floor. Keep your elbows close to your sides.
