This is a great exercise to give stretch in your abdomen and your lower back. This exercise is many times incorporated into yoga and is called Cobra.

Lie face down on exercise mat with your legs straight. You are resting on your forearms, forming 90 degree angle in elbows.

Raise your body and lift up on your arms until they are straight. Make sure you keep your pelvis on the mat. You will feel a good stretch in your abdomen and your lower back.
