I have really huge moods swings. It is going on for 6 months, ever since I had my last period. I was overdosing on estrogen but that made things worse. I went to the drug store and bought meds like Remifemin which says I should feel a differents in two weeks and I'm taking vitamins too. How will I survive this depression?.... Can anyone HELP me!
My girlfriend also had a horrible mood swings. It's amazing how her and anyone in her family survived. Doctor prescribed evening primrose oil and it helped her a lot so I believe that you should try same thing.
My heart really goes out to you. There is a book by some doctor (can't remeber his name now) on premenapause that might help you. But I know that he is s firm believer in progestone cream. I really wish you all the best and I hope that you will fint the cure really soon. If my post helps you even better...
I remembered one more thing - depression is a big symptom of thyroid problems. Check out thyroid sites for more information (on thyroid and menopause).
