I started Seasonique on the 21st of this month, which was the day I got my period. I had the worst experience of my life; migraines, lower back pain, cramps, stomach pain, I was sick to my stomach, and emotionally drained. I stopped taking them on the 29th and felt better already, minus the excessive bleeding and bloody discharge. My period was suppose to end around the 25th and I haven't stopped bleeding since I started the stupid pills. Is this blood still my period or is this from stopping the pill? I'm getting worried and annoyed! Please help. :(

You need to talk to your doctor. Many women have a hard time with certain pills and you may need to have your script changed. Headaches, cramps, and nausea can all be blamed on the pill, they are not agreeing with you. The bleeding is probably from stopping the pill.

Explain these symptom's to your doctor and ask him to switch you to another brand of pill. You may need to go thru 2 or 3 differents one's before you finally find the one that agree's with you best. This happen's all the time and it's really nothing to worry about, but i do suggest you ask him/her to switch you to something different. This is not harmful...just plain annoying.
