The first step in becoming a nurse is to successfully complete an accredited nursing degree by taking and passing the NCLEX exam, which is a standardized exam in the U.S. used to determine whether or not a candidate is prepared for entry-level nursing practice. 
NCLEX-RN Exam Prep app is a mobile learning and exam preparation tool using short quizzes, which are a more efficient and convenient way for nursing students to prepare for their NCLEX exam.
Current 2017 Edition is available for free download on both on Android and iOS. This free version, however, is limited and contains 74 questions with detailed answer explanations.

Medical-Surgical Nursing Exam Prep app is designed to prepare students for the Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) examination offered by the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Board (MSNCB).

CMA Test Prep App

The CMA certification is considered the highest standard of medical assistant credential. The CMA test is a computer-based exam with 200 multiple choice questions, of which 20 are unscored.
CMA Test Prep app is designed to help students prepare the Certified Medical Assistant exam on the go.
There are many CMA apps out there, but the two bearing the same name are actually different apps with a lot of similarities.
Both Android and iOS versions consist of 2000+ quality and multiple choice questions with detailed explanations, which cover a wide range of topics from Administrative to Specimen Collection and Diagnostic Testing.
An important difference is a cost. The Android version costs around $4, while the iOS version is initially free of charge, offering in-app purchases of additional questions and content.

LCSW Pocket Prep App

The ASWB's (Association of Social Work Boards) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) exam is designed for candidates who want to expand their role in social work and focus on clinical work and psychotherapy. The LCSW test consists of 170 multiple choice questions.
To be able to take the test, LCSW candidates must hold a master's degree and have completed at least two years of supervised direct social work. 
LCSW Pocket Prep app is an exam simulator that allows LCSW candidates to practice for this exam.
The app contains 800 questions (30 are available for free) which cover four main areas, including Human Development, Diversity, and Behavior in the Environment; Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning; Psychotherapy, Clinical Interventions, and Case Management; and Professional Ethics and Values.

Case Files Series app is an amazing study resource for medical students preparing for their exams providing them with a comprehensive set of realistic interactive clinical cases and accompanying USMLE-style questions. The topics covered range from Anatomy to Surgery.
The app works in three modes, including Study, Exam, and Bookmark, providing clinical pearls that highlight key concepts and primers that help students think like a doctor.
The Case Files Series app is available for free download which includes only one sample case study from each of the titles that are available. 
Full app is available through an in-app purchase of $29.99 - $34.99.
Also, McGraw-Hill Education also made available separate cases apps, including First Aid, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Pathology, etc.
