Hi, I have been diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. I have been advised to use Nizoral shampoo, and I have started treatment. What else can be helpful? My scull skin is itching all the time and if I start to scratch it , it gets more and more irritated.

I have big and ugly eczema on my arm for more then a month. I’m so desperate. I don’t know what to do with it. It’s so annoying. Somebody told me that it’s good to expose it to the sun. I’m planning to do that. Is it a good idea? Would tanning beds help your eczema?
