What is causing a feeling of having splinters in hands and feet?

I have the same. It feels like little splinters in my hands and feet and I can actually feels them as well. It started in my hands and went to my feet.

My whole face and neck are covered in small bumps. Almost looks like a heat rash.

Does nair cause skin discoloration?

Does nair cause skin discoloration? Like does it always cause it? I've heard using chemicals does. I'm using it on my face and in the spot I used it It kinda looks a little whiter then the rest. How long would it take to go away? Could it be because the hair is no longer there that's it's whiter?
