I've never had acne, not even in my teen years. My whole face and neck is covered in small bumps. Almost looks like heat rash. It's really upsetting :(

Hello, guest.

It is possible that you have heat rash, also known as miliaria. Heat rash occurs when sweat glands become clogged and sweat is trapped beneath the skin, causing inflammation.

To treat heat rash, avoid activities that cause sweating, wear loose-fitting clothing, and keep the affected area cool and dry. You can also apply a mild hydrocortisone cream or calamine lotion to soothe the area.

If your symptoms do not improve after a few days, contact your doctor.

As this is a somewhat older thread, can you tell us what happened in the meantime? Have you got your issues resolved?
