Myself and Mother and 1/2 sister (from the same mother) each have an extra crease approximately 2 inches down from the inside elbow crease on each arm. We also have 3 rings around our neck. Technically they are not wrinkles. We have had them since birth and still do. Kind of a birthmark in a sense. We are not overweight. It is genetically passed down from our Mother, of course.

Hi, guest.
That is not uncommon. :)
Creases in the arms and neck bands are a physical trait that is inherited from our mother. The creases in the arms are called "epicanthic folds" and are caused by the presence of extra skin at the inner corner of the eye.
They are most common in people of Asian, African, and Native American descent.
Neck bands are a physical trait that is caused by extra skin on the neck and are more common in people of African, Hispanic, and Mediterranean descent.
Both of these traits are hereditary and are passed down through the generations.
