Ok so I’m quite a shy person when it come to telling my mum thing about my body. Just to clarify, I’m a virgin and I have started my period. So just after my last period I noticed a small lump , what I though was an ingrown hair, about 2 inches above my vagina like on the “triangle” so to say. I do shave because I’m a cheerleader and well short shorts and all. I’ve began to notice that it’s like peeling around the area and it’s only a bit itchy. I’ve been searching around and I think it might be like a mild yeast infection or something or like I keep seeing like vaginal spots and all. I’m nervous to tell my mum and it like feels like a bump but it’s not really noticeable to the eye just when you feel it. Is it an allergic reaction or something? Btw I use Dove body wash and I shower everyday, I wear cotton underpants and when I am on my period I change regularly. Just please give me some advice because I’m quite worried .
