Let me start by pointing out that I have never particularly paid attention to when my period starts or ends, and have always had an irregular cycle.
That being said, I feel that I am extremely late. It's been nearly a month and a half (by my estimation and recall of past events) since my last period, and I've had intercourse about three times since my last period. I am on no birth control, and a condom was used each time. I asked the person I had intercourse with if there were any problems or spills with the condoms he used, and he reported none. While this is true, I did not bear witness to this myself (I was a bit inebriated one of the times) and cannot be sure.
About a week or so ago, I began to break out, which usually happens to me in the time leading up to my period, but I have not yet experienced it and normally would have. I have not displayed any signs of pregnancy, and have even failed two tests. Right now, having barely eaten today, I feel a little nauseous, but I am also very stressed (and have been pretty emotional) about this possible problem. The only time I've felt semi-sick since this possibility occurred was this morning when I felt somewhat nauseous, but was just stuck on the toilet with indigestion. This is not something too uncommon for me, aside from the fact that it was accompanied by a throw-uppy feeling which is unusual. I did not throw up or feel like I was about to, but only that I could if I really tried. I had also eaten breakfast, which I don't typically do in the morning.
My Mother, with whom I reside, has also not yet had her period. We normally have it close to the same time, as most women who live together do, but I'm not sure if a pregnancy may affect that. I'm just generally pretty confused, stressed, and scared.
Since I'm not sure of my period, I'm not sure if I'm taking the at-home tests close to when I would have "missed" it, which is the recommended direction. I simply know it's been more than a month.
I want to go to a clinic if there is a possibility, but I'm not sure if I am just being delusional.

hi
it is highly unlikely that you would be pregnant as you had protected sex. You and your mother could just be late, as i've been told that sometimes a girl/woman's body can randomly go out of whack. You stressing about it will only make it worse.
calm downn and wait a week or two and if nothing comes up, go get a blood test just to confirm you're not :-)
