i recently on( 9/30/08) underwent an anterior and posterior dissection and fuion of c4 -c7 using bone graft from my hip along with cadaver bone. I am still suffering alot of pain and discomfort and was wondering how long the recovery time usually is before feeling somewhat normal without pain meds might be? I have alot of "hot spots", arm pain, pain between my shoulders, neck pain, hip pain and trouble sleeping. Just wondering what others may be experiencing and what to expect regarding recovery.
