Avonex makes me feel like I have a bad cold! What it is? I’ve just started this therapy with Avonex. And this started. I heard something about flu like side effects but I don’t know anything about that. Does anybody with similar problem can give me more information about this? Thanks!

You don’t need to worry about this. That’s very usual for somebody who just started to use Avonex. These flu like symptoms are most common at the start of therapy and may decrease after some time. I also had this symptoms for awhile and now I’m ok and I’m satisfied with Avonex.
