Last week, I found out I have chlamydia from my ex boyfriend now and I took the antibiotic, azithromycin on thursday night for it with no complications. On friday night, I went to a party and drank excessive amounts of liquor. Allsaturday morning through the evening I was throwing up alot but I wanted to know if the antibiotic is still in my system becasue I do have some of the symptoms of chlamydia.Before I took the antibiotic, my doctor told me to wait two weeks for the antibiotic to be fully effective. I really need help on this topic and to see if I need to take the medicine over?
