I also have a possible sprained penis and swollen, black and blue scrotum. Will this heal by itself?It has been a week and the color is slowly coming back. Swelling has gone down but scrotum in still sensitive mainly at days end. A week seems long but I have no fever or major pains. Hopefully this will subside soon or I will have to pay the no insurance bill for a further diagnosis.

What happened to cause this? Yes, the black and blue should go away by itself.
The sprained penis? If you think you may have fractured it, yes it can happen, you need to see a doctor ASAP. Is it bulging at all or not erecting normally? You may have damaged the chambers that cause an erection.
