Hello, two days ago I hit myself with a box into testicles. I didn't feel much pain just the common after hitting them. When I came home I found out they turned black & blue. I'd like to ask if I should seek treatment? There was no pain at all I can feel everything. And everything seems to be alright just the ball sack is black and now instrad of blue it is turning more into grey. Thanks for help.

Your testicles aren't black and blue, your scrotum is.
Whether or not you sustained any injury to your testicles we can't tell. If everything feels OK and are not having any pain then there is likely no serious injury.

Thank you for answer. Oh sorry english isn't my mother tongue I thought testicles are the whole thing. Again thank you. It seems all is alright just didn't know what the colour could mean. I thought there might be blood or something but I think it'd be painful.

You have what is called a hematoma. There is blood under the layers of the skin from damaged capillaries. It is not usually serious. The color will change as it heals.
