HAPPY ENDING THAT I HOPE HELPS EVERYONE:
Something very similar happened to my girlfriend and she ended up testing negative for pregnancy via blood test. A full 4 WEEKS after taking Plan B, and AFTER a light period, she developed very sore nipples and breasts that lasted well over 10 days. It was so long after taking the Plan B, and so far beyond Plan B side effects reported anywhere but on this page, that she was sure it was a symptom of early pregnancy. She believed her period must have been a "false" one--bleeding/spotting but not actual menstruation--and that she was pregnant. We freaked out, and after a week of sore breasts paid for a blood pregnancy test (urine tests can give false negatives ~5% of the time). Thankfully the blood test came back negative, with a very slight chance of a false negative there, so we're breathing a sigh of relief. Moral of the story: stay calm and wait for your period or properly-timed pregnancy test. It appears that Plan B can really throw your hormones off and create sore breasts for weeks after. In the unlikely event the blood test turns out to be a false negative, I'll post again here with an update. Good luck!

I’m in this situation now, it’s been 2week since I took postinor 2. There was no ejaculation (maybe pre-ejaculate) and no penetration. Now my boobs are super tender and areola too.

It's been about a month now for me since I took the pill and am still have really sore breast, I'm getting worried that it may be other things now. Do STD's cause this? I'm not cramping or anything, just painful painful breasts. I know I'm not pregnant so what else can it be? Has anyone else's breast pain lasted this long?

I’m so happy to find this thread!!!! My husband had a vasectomy over a year ago- (we just did his semen analysis and are waiting on results). 3 weeks ago we had unprotected sex. He came inside me. I was 3 days post period. And we did use spermicide. 12 hrs later I decide to be extra careful and take a plan b bc a kid will totally change our lives and it’s not worth the risk… 7 days later I had bright red bleeding for about 4-5 days. Not as heavy as a normal period but heavy enough I had to wear tampons and panty liners and changed them a few times a day. Plus saw a little tissue. I thought “great it worked”…. Got moody for a few days before the bleeding. It’s been 3 weeks and my breasts keep getting more sore. I feel bloated but haven’t weighed myself. I’ve been trying to decided if it’s possible im pregnant. And everything I look up about plan b says side effects last a few days which is BS. I’ve been having side effects and they didn’t start until 7 days AFTER taking the pill. I’m also really tired. I feel like pregnancy would have been almost impossible. Thankfully I found this thread and see there are others w these symptoms…. We should get my husbands semen results in 2.5 weeks.,, and my period should start in 2 weeks. So I just have to sit here and wait…. DID ANYONE FIND OUT IF THEY WERE PREGNANT OR NOT???

I’m literally experiencing the exact same thing it’s so crazy the Brest tenderness has lasted 2weeks and I got my period a week after I took the pill but I had just had it a little over a week prior before I took to pill so the pill messed my cycle up and I also experienced nausea also for almost 2 weeks and basically all the pregnancy symptoms that’s why I took pregnancy tests and they came out negative sometimes the plan b pill messes up your cycle
