i got on the shot (birthcontrol) in september of 2010,i got this brown discharge on april 12 and it ended the 16. i havnt used a condoms in months with the boy i was with,he said he never busted in me but im not sure.so i got worryed and started looking things online and it tld me so many different things,im so confused.i asked my cousin who is on the same birthcontrol im not and she said its normal but she said after or before your period to get the brown dischrage but i never got my period .i made a appointment to see my doctor but its a month away.idk what to do.NEED HELP!!!!!!

i got the shot after i had my son. The brown you are seeing is just from spotting on the pill that came out a little late so its going to look funny. its all normal. the shot works! you have nothing to worry about. your also going to be hungry its all a little scary at first, but after awhile you will get used to the shot. good luck, hope this helped.
