clumpy sperm and pain after sex

hi, I have for 2 years have had silicone like pieces in my seemen, i have had 2 week rounds of antibiotics a few times and has always cleard up. the doc said it was prostititis. now for the past 9 months i have been on antibiotics (at first) and nothing clears up. and ive been on strong ones for 30 days. my wife got pregnant one month into the problem so i know my sperm is healthy. no std's found. when we have sex now it is painfull i can feel the clumps coming out and some times i have a retrograde. i can feel it going to the bladder. also i can feel something inside when i urinate. feels like looseskin inside feels like it just inside my body where my penis enters at the base . im going to see the second urologist in 5 days but i would like to know if someone has delt with this and has overcome and cured this?? any help is appreciated
