I am seventeen years old, only one sexual partner (I am also his only sexual partner). We used condom protection correctly, but had fairly rough sex. During, I experienced a sharp, but not unbearable pain, like an itching deep inside my vagina- but it came and went very quickly. It is the next day and I am experiencing the sensation to urinate, only through my vagina. When something does come out (and it feels quite painful, similar to yeast infection feeling that I have had once before) is a very water and small amount of blood. It has happened several times today and started as very small clumps of red and white, then turned to watery red, then pink, now almost clear.

I had similiar bleeding lightly after sex. It started sporadically then become more promininant bleeding. I also exp the sharp pain during sex.  It turned out to be a polyp in my uterus. Polyps can lead to cancer if left untreated.

So see your OBGYN and have them do a HSN(hysterosonogram/sonohystogram/saline ultrasound.  My first sono w/out saline didn't find anything so they did a more in depth sono(HSN).

"Hysterosonogram, also known as sonohysterography, and saline infusion sonography, is a special, minimally invasive ultrasound technique. It provides pictures of the inside of a woman’s uterus. It is a valuable technique for an in depth evaluation of the endometrial lining of the uterus. It is most commonly used to evaluate for uterine abnormalities in women who experience unexplained vaginal bleeding and infertility."

To save money I would of requested the 2nd one first if I had known :).

Good Luck- and go see your OBGYN.
