personally I think the best protection is to avoid sun exposure at peak hours (10.am - 17 a.m) - I know people think the sun is the heaviest on the skin during 12.am and 14 am, but listen to your body - how does the sun feel on your skin... I feel the burn - don't you?
especially if being on the beach or somewhere near the water - the reflexion from the water is high and the sun's impact on the skin is even greater...
