Condom and Ipill can lead to pregnancy?

Hi My girlfriend is 19 and I am 20 we have had sex a little over 9 times in a period of 6-7 months with me wearing two condoms and she also makes it a point to take an i-pill within 4-5 hours after sex Everytime haven't noticed anything unusual but last time had sex was a day before her periods and as usual I used two condoms and she took an ipill as well and we did it the previous day the same way again but her periods came on time as usual around 15th of every month After her periods a week later she has been complaining of a little stomach and abdomen pain followed by back pain that comes once or twice in a day for 5 days and the pain Lasts for a few seconds and goes away this started happening on the 1st or 2nd of the next month No she's never puked or fainted or anything no change in belly size either yesterday she said she din get any pain and yeah exams are underway so she's been studying a lot too And not getting enough sleep Can this mean she's pregnant or what could it be Please reply ASAP really worried
