Since last Wednesday(9/18), I have had headaches on and off, nausea, heartburn that never quits, and extreme fatigue. Today(9/23), for added measure, I have severe cramps in my lower back only. My last day of last cycle was 9/7. I have been off Seasonale for 3 months too. According to my tracker, the first day of next cycle is 10/3. I'm not sure if I should consult my OBGYN just yet, which is why I am writing here to find out if I should be concerned. Thanks,
