could i be pregant?

im 17 years old, i got my first period when i was about 14, then i stopped having my periods, my docter says its because of my juvinille authoperocise and that its still possible i could get pregnant. my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex on monday jan 7 and on tuesday the 8th, however he pulled out before withdrawel, not nowing that i could still get pregnant from his pre-ejactulation fluid. On wenesday i started feeling weirdness in my stomach. not pain. but not good either. kinda felt thicker like something was in there. i figured i was getting a stomach flu. but then that morning at like 6 o clock i felt nausease almost to the point that i felt like puking, within that half an hour i ran downstairs to go pee like 6 times. then i started thinkin i was pregnant. ( i researched some stuff online and it all said take the test after so many days off missing your period, and seeeing how i dont get mine i have no idea when to test) its now 1 week later and i took a pregnancy test today and it was negitive, but i still feel pregnant,( i dont no if its to soon to tell) my symptoms are fatigue, nauseasness (i havent ate alot...the thought of food makes me feel like puking, i have had craving for certain foods but i feel like puking the second i actually think of eating it) umm kinda constipation, my whole peeing and pooping sechedule is off, i did get alittle dizzy, but nothing major, i get shaky kinda nervous,(i dont no if thats a symtpom) umm headaches, i dont usually get headaches but this week i got like this sharp pain in my head that lasted like 5 minutes and then it went away (it happened like 3 times this week), thats about all of them, but i do have this question, everyone who is pregnant says they have tender breast, and it s a major symptom, but i dont, umm online says that in the first 1 to 2 weeks you start feeling it, but they dont feel any diffrent, does that mean im not preganat?
