Highly unlikely. A woman is only able to conceive in a 2-3 day window in the middle of her cycle (when ovulating) usually about 2 weeks before the start of your period. Cramping and spotting can happen with most contraceptives, including the Nuva ring. Just like your period can do wacky things once in a while without BC, it can do the same with it. If you have been using it consistently and correctly, you should be absolutely fine no matter when you had sex. It delivers a constant flow of hormones to you that are built up in your system. (not a lot, but it keeps the levels consistent). Hope I helped ease your mind. Also, they have awesome conception or ovulation calculators online in which you type in the first day of your last period, and your average cycle length. It then tells you exactly which days you have a chance of becoming pregnant. Just search ovulation calculator. It's a lot smaller window than most people think!
