I am on 60 mg. Cymbalta for fibromyalgia and vulvodynia. What I am able to do sexually is somewhat limited; however, I never had a problem reaching a climax on sinequan. I switched to cymbalta when the fibromyalgia kicked in. This is very frustrating for my husband and me! Do you have any suggestions? Viagra helps some, but my climax is minimal at best.

I am also on cymbalta, 60mg. I have noyiced that it does effect the sex. I feel like Im not in the mood as much or have orgasams as much, it feels like that takes alot of work. I have fibromyagla as well, 5 years now. The cymbalta does help me. Dont give up on the sex life, it could put a dampper on your marriage. It did mine. We have been trying all kinds of different ways to make the sex life hot and strong. Dont let this illness run your life; you be in the driver set! Its hard for anyone else to understand what we have. Dont give up.

Has anyone heard of any advances in Cymbalta and sexual side effects? My husband has been on Cymbalta for a year now and he's having the same issues as so many others... low sex drive and inability to orgasm. Prior to Cymbalta we did not have this issue. He tried other meds but it didn't help for his pain issues like Cymbalta does. I'm just researching (again) hoping to find an idea that works. We've tried so much and nothing works :( Not liking the worse part of for better or worse.
