I need a opinion on this story ASAP... People with exsperiance only :)

I been on tri- sprintec since I was 15 for painful periodgot ever had a problem. With that pill. I got married June 17th 2011 and since then been sexually active. Sick months ago my insurence changed and my pharmacy put me on tri previfem. 4 months into that pill I got depressed, gained weight, and broke out everywhere. SO after my normal period ended 10/21/2012 I switched back to tri-sprintec... By the 26 my breast were sore. By the 28/29 the were killing me. couldn't hardly take a shower. They were swollen, erect, darker, and my nipples were painful. I had sex on the 23, 28,29 and 11play everyone said I was pregnant. I wanted to wait to test till I  started my period. I was supposed to start the 15th of November. I started spotting brown discharge on the 17th. Then had red watery blood with little clots here and there. It only lasted 2 1/2 days. Then suddenly stopped. I kept taking dollar store tests and they were all negative. Now it's the 23rd and my breast are still swollen, darker, and feel bruised. They outgrown my bra. Let me add that when my painful breasts occurred from the beginning I had little white dots on the nipple.  no discharge though. And I was ovulating from October 28-3. What could be going on??? I also my periods usually last 4/5 days. It away shorter at his time...
