Kindly plz help me out , we r not planning 4 baby bcz of family issue -love marriage

I'v taken contraceptive pill to avoid any pregnancy nd hv done pregnancy test also which is negative. Last month my cycle ends on 16 but today it is 22 n m yet not started with my period. M I pregnant. What can b the reason.
