The Semen Analysis If You Have Diabetes
webmd.com/content/article/4/1680_51511
A common problem for men with [diabetes and its nerve damage]
is retrograde ejaculation, where the ejaculate is propelled backward
into the bladder.
Men with diabetes may gradually
lose nerve function at the bladder's opening,
causing sperm to shoot backward during ejaculation.
Occasionally, antihistamines may improve sperm ejaculation
because they help to close the sphincter muscle
between the urethra and the bladder
Otherwise, while there is no specific treatment for retrograde ejaculation, there is [artificial insemination] .
