I have serious problems with arthritis. Pain is unbearable and so annoying when I miss the treatment that I have desire to pull out every joint in my body. I am on some new medication now. It is called enbrel. But it burns a little, and also my skin on the places where I receive injections become irritated. Can you tell me why that is?

I had similar problems at first. I suppose that you are taking shots by yourself. If it is so then consider adjusting enbrel temperature to your body temperature. Also wait for the alcohol to evaporate before taking shot. If your skin is irritated then it may be start of some infection. Infection can be serious condition, even fatal with enbrel so take care and tell this to your doctor.
