I feel tremor in my hands due to anaxiety and depression. I cannot sip a full cup of tea beacause i fear that it will spoil. My doctor has prescribed me inderal 40 mg , escitalopram 20 mg and telzil .5mg what i can do i am not understanding and please tell me because i cannot do my work properly due to this tremmor.
