Me and my girlfriend had sex several times and she took atleast 2-3 pills in a month And it's been 31 days since her last period and still she hasn't got her periods. Is she pregnant ? Or is it because of the ipill?

Most likely it is because of the Ipill.
But, the Ipill is NOT as effective as a daily birth control pill OR a condom.
Your girlfriend really should not be using the Ipill or any emergency contraceptive more than ONCE per cycle. They contain large doses of hormones and may have some health risks.
When she'll get her period is unknown. Common side effects include early or late periods. She can even miss one.
She can take a home pregnancy test. Be sure she uses her first morning (wake up) urine.
