i masterbate once a day i used to like 2-3 times a day until i found out it could be harmful .so wat techniches can i use to masterbate less (i want to hear everyones opinion)!!!! please everyone on tell me!

ive read on several websites that masterb. is a habbit thats pretty hard to break almost like smoking however smoking is an addiction. basically just try and limit your masterb. about once every two days then once a week then etc. this was the way i stop my stopped my mcdonalds addiction.
