I was using the Ortho Evra Patch but i decided to change to Yasmin birth control pill, they say is more secure and have more benefits but i just want to know how can i change from the patch to the pill. Do i have to wait 1 week or when my period comes i start drinking them, I really don't know what to do can you help me.

You should have your "patch free period", then start Yasmin as soon as you would have stuck on a new patch.
